Don’t get this app it’s a scam once you put your same name on id on account and other personal information then try to get a Afterpay card and put your personal information again they act like your same personal information is wrong after you keep putting right information a scam stay away stay away stay away
Why do I have to share my personal information just because I’m using you as an intermediary? That doesn’t make sense.
Afterpay i don’t know what’s going on but your customer service is HORRIBLE, they were no help at all and one of them even hung up on me without even helping, Afterpay won’t even let me reset my password like what’s the issue i’m done using after pay an it wasn’t even good to begin with KWASIA
I downloaded the app years ago and had a fine experience with it. Stopped using it and never touched the account again. Recently out of no where got my account hacked and have no way to access it. Customer service is AWFUL beyond belief and I just argued with the guy over the phone because he couldn't match my info with any account. Yeah?? Because my info was changed in my account! No one answers emails either. Stay far far away!
I’ve been able to buy my Michael korrs purses. Get massages and never worry about having to come up with everything up front. I have the freedom to enjoy making 4 easy payments no interest.
This app is total garbage it lets you use it one time if you spend $10 out of 600. It’ll block you from using it in the stupid little robot thing keeps saying oh try this answer a minute don’t work like that. Why don’t you get someone on the phone to help.
I paid my account off early back around the 19th of May and it has not been taken off my account yet and it’s now June 8. I have submitted documents of proof and still nothing about clearing up my account so I can close it out. Watch you account closely please.
I still have to go online if I want to read what I owe. The numbers and words are cut off. Not sure why.
The option to pay with Afterpay when you are trying to place a order Never appear again.. I have been contacted customer support and never an Answer !!!
