my rent is too high
This app hardly works and it’s not easy to navigate
The app updated 6 days ago, and now every login attempt results in “Something went wrong”. Useless until they fix it.
Able to log into through website portal but unable to log in to owner’s portal app using same email & password.
I’ve removed and reloaded the app, there is no tab to add my renters insurance policy. The help button only provides answers to FAQ’s, the developer link in the App Store takes me to the same help FAQ page.
This app is trash. I am a new resident in my building. The developers lack the skills and knowledge to make this app workable
AppFolio has no customer service available to help tenants. I’ve had no issue logging in and putting in maintenance requests for the last year until one day last week it randomly logged me out and now I can’t get in. My property manager isn’t helping, my husband can’t log into his account, and I can’t even reset my password. I don’t receive the emails. I emailed AppFolio help about it last week and received no response. I’ve called customer service and tried all kinds of things. This app sucks and is so un-user friendly it hurts!
I was automatically logged out an am unable to log back in
Unable to login because I never receive the email to reset my password and there is no path forward. The link to “did not receive email?” Is broken and un-clickable
I have the unfortunate fact that my rental management company uses this app and every time I have a password accepted somehow it refuses to accept the password the next time I attempt to login! It’s brutal!! And now I owe the property management company some extra money that they lied about initially saying I owed for something that did not happen!! And yet i still owe them for old rusted pipes that get clogged too easily and I can’t get on this app to set up payment FRUSTRATING!!
