I’ve heard all the hype about carvana in the commercials but never really thought it would ever be as simple as clicking buttons. My wife and I went from scrolling through for giggles to “hey kids we gotta go pick up our Tesla from the vending machine”.
I found a new Jeep on Carvana. I went through the online process. They originally said it could be delivered as soon as Wednesday but when I got to the delivery appointment screen the earliest appointment was the following Monday. I sent them over $40,000 in cash from my checking account. I checked the requirements frequently. I signed the documents that they sent me. Everything was ready. The delivery driver called me the morning said she’d be here at 10:30am. At 10:45 I got a phone call from Carvana saying there is one piece of paper missing. So the delivery would be delayed. I chose to cancel. Buying from a dealer might be a bad experience but this was really worse.
I cannot get over how seamless this process has been and I am so grateful. For someone who doesn’t have the best credit history, it feels great knowing hard work pays off. Carvana is SO user friendly and truly takes away the heartache of sitting within a dealer for hours and hours on end. To have everything at our fingertips, from start to finish, has truly made this an incredible experience for my family and I. Thank you SO much.
Buggy, won’t accept mileage in any format so unable to get a quote
Everything probably works fine if their car vending machine doesn’t break down. If it does, expect zero accommodations, respect, decency, or any sense of customer service whatsoever. You’re buying from a robot who doesn’t care about you whatsoever.

Great selection with a trade in option and financing all in one. The paperwork was streamlined with customer support throughout the process. The worse part was cleaning out my own car prior to pickup, yuck!
