Works okay
Couldn’t live without a robot vacuum
The shark vacuum cleaner does a good job cleaning my house. The problem I have with it is the rollers. They keep getting stuck. Even when there’s nothing on them once a month or so I have to get a new roller or it won’t work. This has been going on since I bought this thing a year and a half ago.
I had ordered a shark robot to help me out on my cleaning the first one I was very please The battery went out they replaced it. It did not work very well I contacted them and told them what was going on They replaced it After I received it and programmed it I’ve had no problems It work very well now

I live the robot. The app time to time logs out and forgets the robot. I have to keep setting it again and again
This such a time saver and we love that is cleans the carpet, tile and wood floors so efficiently!! Highly recommend! The app is great too! You can schedule cleaning times and start and stop it directly from the app
The latest update removed my robot from my account. This needs to be fixed as I rely on this functionality to clean and spot clean my home. Fix your app, Shark!
I’ve had such a positive experience with Shark! I’ve owned my vacuum for almost 3 years, and at the end of this month it will officially be 3 years old. When I started having issues with the dust bin, I reached out to their customer service expecting a repair or replacement part. Instead, they went above and beyond and sent me a brand-new unit! I’m extremely impressed with their customer service and how they stand behind their products. It’s refreshing to see a company take care of their customers even years after purchase. I will definitely continue choosing Shark for my future cleaning needs!
I love my Shark Robot! His name is Oscar. He works hard and keeps my floors very clean. With two rescue dogs who shed, this is very important.
App is not communicating with robot. The communication status spins forever, rebooted phone, unplugged machine and reinstalled app, not working at all, please fix it! I payed $1000 dollars for this to work when I needed.
I am amazed with my robot cleaner, matrix 2-in-1, it is smart and efficient. The kind of help I was looking for.
