I love SwiftCall, any questions I have had about the app so far and they are answered. I always end up satisfied with my customer service experience. Makes it easy to make a lot of calls and also to send follow-up emails and texts. I’ve recommended this to others on my team!
I purchased this app several years ago and actually recommended to every member of my sales teams that I’ve led, and there were multiple teams. It worked great had all the features I wanted. It was an expensive upfront cost. Now all of these upgrades that have come along are truly downgrades that have stripped it of its core capabilities and charge you as high as $35 a month which is almost what you paid to buy the app to begin with. No more sub groups no more contact for support no more cloud storage no more text or email follow ups unless you pay. As an original purchaser, you should not have disabled what I purchased. If you wanna go after new users and be upfront about it great but I was sold to bill of goods and you stripped it down to next to nothing after the fact. To say, I am livid is an understatement.
I am pleased with my SwiftCall experience so far and I plan to recommend to my colleagues. The auto dialing, call scheduling, and call documentation processes are easy enough to use and really speed up my day. The call stats are also nice to have.
SwiftCall lives up to the hype and exceeded my expectations! Have loved using this great app, trying to convince my team members to use it as well.
I had purchased this app previously for over $50. With a recent update all my pro features have been removed. The app owner has not responded to support requests.
Paid full price for power dialer and now after update, they want to charge $25/month for the function I paid for that’s now disabled.
Stop removing/charging for functionality with updates
Unfortunately, I had to come back and edit my review. I purchased this app a couple of years ago. The purchase came with text/email preset features that I can send to my prospects after a call. I now see that this is a feature I have to $24 to upgrade to pro for. This is upsetting for obvious reasons, I have to pay an additional fee for a feature that I technically already paid for.
I have been trying so hard to get this app to work but it doesn't please reply to this so I can change this review
But now, as of July 2024, all of your leads are trapped in the app unless you pay to upgrade to the monthly subscription. So you can no longer export your leads. This would not have bothered me nearly as much if I hadn't already paid for the app when it was a one-time purchase, then paid for the cloud storage just 3 months ago. The app is unusable to me at this point.
