Roster page won’t open and I do t have an option to update. Can’t see the whole schedule anymore.

Please fix it not showing out times for topgolf employees
Absolutely awful customer service… apparently this app lacks the option to merge two accounts. How on earth do you run a scheduling app in this economy where people work multiple jobs and not have the ability to merge two account accounts. I signed up with the same email with both jobs. But for some silly reason, I have to have two account accounts. Do better.
Ever since the update yesterday I cannot approve or deny shifts without an issue. I can get some approvals through but no denials.
Does what you need, for both management and colleagues. The latest update broke the roster page and crashes the app. When you try to submit a bug report via support you are sent to an AI chatbot that cannot handle bug reports. The AI is useless because if it can’t answer your question, you get the same menu options again that you don’t need (dead end)!
Easy to use. Helpful with great UI. Was disappointed to see the app doesn’t allow you to see your schedule from previous days within the work week, like the website allows. Wish future versions allowed actual vs scheduled hours entry
