Everything is fine—I like this store—but what I don't like is that when I want to enter my phone number, they won't let me; they tell me no.
Only bad thing it’s does save your receipt to your account if you use your number only good for coupons
Cannot clip coupons
If you do not live in a privacy state such as California, they refuse to change or delete YOUR personal data. This is malicious and deceptive, especially since the Delete Account button appears to allow it until it sends you to an automatic form. NO company should be allowed to do this.
It freezes on iOS 26.5 and can’t dismiss notifications on iPhone 17 pro. Please fix bugs in app.
I believe it is very discrimating toward older people that cannot use these apps to get discounts. Several people also have older phones which the apps cannot be downloaded. I was in front of an 81 yr old that told me on her income me she couldn’t afford a phone and never got anything on sale anymore. If that’s not discrimination , I don’t know what is. I can no longer get the app because my phone is too old too!

Can’t navigate the app because the screen is frozen. Trash.
Waste of time to “Clip” their coupons! Get up to the register and only one out of four actually work. Then, they over charge on all three, so you end up paying triple what you would have paid if their coupon went thru. The “manager” was ringing me up and was incredibly rude the whole time. Started the conversation rudely. The lady behind me in line told me to stop being nice to him and letting him treat me that way. Took pics of everything and plan on turning them in! Their fake discounts need to be dealt with!
Coupons never clip in the app. Will load but never adds to the card.
The app is good but could be better if I could add to a list on the app and it total my trip (including my savings using the coupons I clipped).
EVERYTIME and I mean EVERYTIME I go to clip my coupons it never work like never just like today 5/24/2026 at 9:20am this morning on this Saturday I went to get my 10 off of 30 and guess what it just buff it didn’t clip it never do and I like family dollar but yall owe me some money not for today cause I wasn’t going for it I left that stuff right there yup I sure did it’s not my phone it’s yall all the time though
