Fetch used to be great. Always got my points with no issues. Now at least half of the games I play don’t even award the points! And customer support is now ignoring the complaints. I am so sick of playing these games and not getting the points! It’s happening more and more. Time to find another App.

Very easy to use
I have had multiple times where game rewards HAVE NOT been given. More recently with reaching level 200 in Solitaire. 4k in points have yet to be awarded which makes me wonder what you all are doing. Also, receipts and submitting. You don’t accept my receipt when I try to submit but you finally do after your points double is over and it’s too late for the receipt to count more than 25 points. 1,000 in purchase for Home Depot and I got 25. Should have been 10k in points. Add that to this 4,960 pts for level 200 and I’ve been cheated. I spent a lot of time on working to get the points and play foolish games I don’t like just to add a few points here and there. What the heck?????

Receipts has become my hobby of fun.
Used to love this app, but they recently took 171k points away and won’t give me a reason why and won’t answer my emails. I can’t believe this customer service.
I need to know how to get gift cards
It’s special
Got perma banned and they couldn’t tell me the exact reason, to my knowledge I did nothing wrong. Played the games and earned enough points for a 10 dollar visa, the second I redeemed it I was banned. Don’t recommend
