I’ve written multiple reviews. I wish I had never bought the scale and blood pressure cuff. The developers I. The latest upgrade just deleted 6 months of data. I swear it become a worse and worse experience with each upgrade Never. NEVER buy an OMRON product. Total suckage all around.

Be aware with the new update, it will wipe out all of your readings you previously had. I lost close to a year’s worth. It will also sign you out and I had to use the reset password link even though I knew I had the correct password. Will also remove any reminders you had set up. This was not a good update. “Bug fixes” just ruined everything

It’s not the worst app but very frustrating that regression testing before releasing updates is lacking. Lost all of my historical data and have not heard back from support.

I have two models of the OMRON machine, worked great. But, the latest update wiped out almost all historical data. It be used it religiously every week for over a year, install the update and it records today and one day back in October of last year. Really disappointed.

I have been using this successfully for about 8 months. It has changed in the last month or two and I find it less readable and no longer presents clear BP a Pulse averages. It does seem to be an accurate measurement however.

Your new update deleted all of my history. How can I retrieve it? I’ve been medically directed to monitor my BP for a long time now. And all my readings were in your app platform. I’ve also been in a substantial weight loss program since November & lost all of my manual readings. This is extremely unacceptable. Please advise on how to regain my historical data. Thank you

With the last update, had to log in again and discovered that several years of BP readings had disappeared. Bye, bye. Back to Apple Health.

On the iPad app the app will pair with the blood pressure device but not be recognized by Apple Health, and on the iPhone app on the same account will sync but won’t pair.

UPDATE 6-9-26. I just updated the app. The apple health app and OMRON app are now syncing. HOWEVER - I now only have BP historical data in both apps for May - June 2026. I am now MISSING ALL HISTORICAL BP DATA FROM BOTH APPS going back to April 2025! How is it possible that the data is now gone? Please tell me you can fix this… I have used your BP device and app for two years. The app linked seamlessly with the Apple Health app and provided a comprehensive way to share data with my doctor. The last update however has not been successful. After that update, I discovered that all my BP readings had disappeared from the Apple Health app. Your support team was unable to successfully relink the two apps and restore the BP readings to the Apple health app. I hope you can fix this problem quickly!

The recent update (2026.06.04) eliminated all historical BP and EKG data! Yes, I know to scroll down to review all prior readings; however, this update erased all these data on my iPhone 14 Pro using iOS 26.5 software. That’s over 4 years of health records deleted, or not accessible, by this recent update.

I woke up this morning and went to take my BP. The entire category and my History are all gone. Years of readings have disappeared. 😭 7:15PM same day: Thank you to Danielle B who guided me to “Apps Settings “ and asked if BP device was turned “on”….it was not. I definitely had not turned it off. Ultimately, I’m glad that it was an easy fix.

The app has been drastically changed. And for what? I don’t find any more usefulness out of the new version. What I DO find is confusion trying to relearn and simple app for recording my BP. The real draw back is the inability to edit a manual entry which was in error. I have a 177/77 BP in my history which should have been 117/77. I cannot figure out how to edit that and correct the entry. Please fix.
