I haven’t used my OMRON (BP7900) for a few months. Came in feeling terrible. Put the cuff on and opened the app on my iPhone 17. Completely different. Apparently the app has been updated (to useless). I can find nowhere to start a session to record BP & EKG. Nor can I find instructions for the app. Not sure but guessing OMRON has gotten greedy and I’ll now have to pay for an app that was previously free. Newsflash!! I will not be held hostage. This damn thing will go in the trash and I’ll buy something different.

Just saw my cardiologist. She wants me to see my blood pressure report. I invoked the app to do so. It said it would email it to me. Two hours and 15 minutes later there is no report. And yes, I checked the junk folder. Other than that the app is great and would have five stars.

It repeatedly says the data transfer failed and gives instructions to try again and that is an endless loop. Repeated failure to sync. Reliable apps get 5 stars. This app is not reliable. But I am stuck with it because it’s connected to the device. Before the update, this app functioned. After the update on July 12 2026 it ceased to sync properly or at all. Different interface, no sync. The “update” no longer reliably uses face recognition at sign in, so half the time I have to enter my login information. The update changed things so you have to figure out stuff which is frustrating and aggravating

App is completely broken. Can’t connect w/ BP machine since 7/8. The changes to History may not have been thought out either. Please get us back online.

It is hard to overstate how craptastic this app is. Takes forever to load, looks like something from 1980. It constantly logs me out then won’t accept passwords(that are saved). It has happened during multiple dr appointments when the data is particularly important. 0/10. Would not recommend.

This is the closest to what the doctors have. You can print everything out and take to show them. You will not be disappointed!

The app is terrible and very difficult to get it to sync with my device. Always a struggle.

I’ve been using an OMRON BP monitor for a few months now. Up until this week, app was ok sans having to relaunch occasionally to sync cuff readings. Now all of the sudden, they’ve paywalled data exports. You used to be able to export reading reports to a CSV or excel to your device. Now they force you to process the data through their servers and subscribe to see all of the results.

There have been a ton of changes in the many years I’ve used Omron’s BP monitor and app, and none of them make the app better or easier to use for the customer. Still no landscape mode for viewing the chart, for example.

Was good until recent updates. Graph is useless. Keep the list and an easier access. Not sure what happened. It use to immediately log and notify each time i did it. Now for example. Took pressure around 530pm. Notified me at 923pm that it was added

I have recently bought this unit to be able to track my blood pressure on my phone. I have downloaded the app multiple times. Restarted my phone. Though I only get to the blue Omron screen and then it closes to my homepage Machine works fine. App connectivity 0
