Can no longer adjust light brightness - tap triggers color temperature change instead. Can’t dim the lights anymore!

Well got the worst. Just received the WiFi metering switch model WL-SW01. After several attempts to pair device nothing ever happened. And the remote doesn’t work properly, the off button will turn off or ON the water heater depending on how many clicks were pressed. Have to visually check to make sure it’s on or off. Useless without the WiFi and a working remote. Returning it ASAP. Do NOT buy this product or any other from this brand.

I can only believe that all these positive reviews have been generated by some kind of bot farm. This app is the biggest piece of garbage I’ve ever seen in my life. First of all, the whole thing is in Chinglish: it’s completely unintelligible in English. While trying to control an AnseTo Wi-Fi smart water time, the buttons are unresponsive, and when I finally do get it to respond, I get four alert messages that it has been turned on. When I went to the Help section and asked why I was getting four messages, it said it could help, but it didn’t know which water I was referring to, even though there is only one, and asked me to identify it by name. When I tried to respond, it told me I had reached my daily limit and wanted $79 to continue Seriously? This thing is so bad it’s offensive, which is a shame because it looks like the water timer might be a nice piece of hardware, but software like this leaves me that it’ll be controlled properly. It’s going back in the box to Amazon ASAP.

Why would delete customers data devices with your dumb updates? I have lost all of my devices I’ve had for years…🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

They updated and of course they broke the app the lights don’t work right now so there’s that

Title explains it all. Tried it all, nothing has ever worked. Half a dozen devices, none connect.

Every time I go to use this app, I’m logged out then I have to log back half the time it doesn’t take my password, even though it’s saved in my phone with Face ID then it’s a bunch of ads. It can only control a single device that I have and even then it’s extremely unreliable. It’s definitely a Chinese app if I’ve ever seen one I don’t trust it on my phone. I wish I did not have to use it to control my pool. I am swapping out my pool timer with an old-school manual timer so I don’t have to deal with this app anymore.

App used to be great. Now it’s trash. Can’t even move the dimmer slider for my lamp. It’s stuck on low. Horrible.
