US cellular just made phone service unbearable who really cares for T-mobile 👎🏽👎🏿

They charged me an extra $125. I contacted customer service, and they promised that starting next month my bill would go back to the original price of $109. Instead, I was charged $100 plus $25 in taxes, even though my previous bill was $109 total. I sent them screenshots and voice recordings as proof of what was promised. Now they’ve even disabled screenshots in the chat section, making it harder to keep records of conversations.Please be aware and always save any evidence of your conversations with customer service.

Hopefully this is a bug. It’s very common to save a screenshot a chat just to know what was agreed on.

Why am I paying too much for one line, all so that your app won’t work when I sign in?? Then I have to see why you are charging me over $100 for one line?? Yall need to just end your careers at tmobile knowing they support the military which inherently support the genocides being conducted by the us & isn’t real

Nothing in this app works. I cannot even properly log in, and this is apparently the only method one can purchase more data. If you’re trying to funnel everyone to your endless apps that all serve different minute functions instead of being sensible and have everything in the same app, or, better yet, just host them on your website, please at least make the app usable.

Multiple restarts of the gateway. Multiple deletions and reinstallation of iOS app on my iPad. Gateway will not communicate with the app anymore. Interestingly, the android app on my cheap phone works great. At least for now.

I had a cart and was ready to check out. Oh it wants me to create an account so I do that & verify then go back to checkout and sing in but then it won’t let me move forward without giving them a T-Mobile number specifically but I don’t have one because I’m trying to check out but wait I can leave a review and go back to the Verizon window. Whose idea was it to make it hard to sign up online? Oh & the app offered me a free iPhone 17pro with trade in but website is free iPhone 17pro no trade in needed. Does it look like I want to play games with you? No way I’m trading in my phone. If I continue I’m getting the free phone or I’ll pay more at Verizon just to not put up with shady games over price. You’re dishonest in my book and what an experience.

This company advertises, then adds hidden charges, then doesn’t answer the phone or resolve issues then adds service fees on top of service fees stay away.
