App on device won’t allow signup of both personal planner alongside employer sponsored data
Latest iPhone and this app fails to load properly and the widget never works either. how much do those five star reviews cost Empower?
App update on 7/2/26 still didn’t fix the face id issue. I’ve always had problems adding accounts, assets, etc. this app is making me want to leave it more and more everyday. Nothing but a hassle
Logging in is always a problem. Once you login, very hard to navigate.
Login doesn’t work and hangs up. Can’t get into dashboard
This app is broken a few times a week so you can’t access your accounts, trade etc. The website won’t allow you to login from your browser and force you to use this app which is broken. 0/10 recommend.
Empower rocks! Great returns.
A year or so ago when we were using the old app, I loved it. It was functional, reliable and never failed. Then they merged some things and we had to start using this new/other version and it's horrible. Logins fail, connections lose connection more frequently, and the accounts within the app is more clunky. For the love of all things holy, don't fix it if it's not broken. Let's go back to the old app that worked. This one is trash and the updates aren't helping. After the most recent update, I'm having more issues.
It won’t pass authentication. It keep asking me for data to renew my password or retrieve my login name while I have them and they work on the desktop website
Every time I login this app tells me I have a notification, but once I click it, Face ID interrupts taking me to the message so I have no idea what the notification is and I can’t find where they would be in the app. Additionally the app does not have a place to submit help besides a virtual assistant which never answers my questions.
No longer can login from app. Works fine from web.
Face ID does not work. I can login with a password but there is no longer a way to enable Face ID in the settings.
