Makes my life easier and delivers quality pizza among other items at a reasonable price.
The service fees are are ridiculous and the customer service is horrible! Call or order from the actual store and save your money. I just ordered and made a mistake ordering and immediately contacted customer service and they were unwilling to help. They kept saying “your order is already in the over and there’s nothing that can be done. I order from this place all the time and they would have definitely helped if the order was made directly to them. DO NOT USE!See less

App is good for ordering but it doesn't track the order at all. Never know where the delivery person is.
I still cannot comprehend how someone can downgrade the usability of an app so poorly and still be employee. Where is the search function? You are literally preventing customers from ordering pizza - the one function this app performs. Get a grip and fix it!
Absolutely horribel experience with slice today. I ordered from a local spot today 5/25/2026. Order went thru, $100 deducted from bank, and waited over 2 hours for food to arrive!!! Food never came. Started calling around to the pizza place only to find out that they’re closed today. Finally called slice since I couldnt get hold of the pizza place. Slice said that they knew the place was closed already. Well why did it take over 2 hours and you already charged me?! Then they tell me it’s going to take 2-4 days to get my money back?!?!?!? Why? You took my money in 2 seconds but takes you 2 days to refund it?! Why?!?!?!?!? I will NEVER EVER EVER use slice again! I’ll pick the damn pizza up myself. I will also tell EVERYONE that I know to not use slice
I cannot see this button. I searched and searched. Eventually I clicked a blank space on the screen, and that apparently was the submit button.
Update: they sent me an email that I’d get a refund. They started the refund. Then they rescinded the refund. So now I have a pending dispute with the credit card. What the heck?? Revised review: You had one job. Order me a pizza. A 9 year old can do that. Did the shop ever receive my order? No. Did your chat bot respond? No. What a waste of data center space.
Simple and easy to use!
It is one of the most user food apps out there!! It also doesn't gauge the pizza place with fees!!
Ordered tonight, an hour and a half later, no updates in the app. Called the store, never got the order. Called and was immediately disconnected nine times in a row. Called on the 10th try and was on hold for 22 minutes before I gave up. Also tried their Chatbot and went 20 minutes with literally no agent responding. Their customer service is nonexistent. Was forced to file a chargeback request with my credit card company. AWFUL! Update - I see the developer is now desperately responding to a ton of reviews just like mine. Technical difficulties? Did that stop you from taking phone calls or responding to your online chat? Don’t think so. I’ve deleted this app and will never use it again.
