Best shake I’ve had in a while
Absolutely love this location. Every single employee is extremely friendly bubbly. I love it. Call me by name every morning. I’m there. Never had a mess up with my order. My order is always ready on time. If I can give this location 20 stars I would.

There should be an option on the app to order hand blended or extra thick but there isn’t!!
The app was easy to use but the drink ordered was over flowing and it spilled on me had to ask the girl at the window for napkins. They were also out of the cup sleeves I think it is ridiculous to have only a few on hand for free when you could have more and charge a low price for customers to purchase. My reason for trying your establishment was for the sleeve.
I went to my local Dutch Bros on Madison Street in Clarksville Tennessee and I got there very early and they only had 40 sleeves for their giveaway. When I spoke to other people in the Nashville area, they ordered multiple drinks and got a sleeve with every order. My first order was at 6 o’clock, which I ordered while I was there and then I had a pick up order closer to seven and the fact that they didn’t have sleeves that even 6 o’clock was pretty disheartening.

I will be going back to try your strawberry mangoboba, don’t forget to have the best waters and ice in town to !! Loved my vanilla shake thank you ^_^
They have the tastiest sugar free options! Their sugar free carmelizer with protein milk fills me up! Their sugar free energy drinks are the best also!
We love the staff, so friendly and kind. Way better than Starbucks! When you order online, it is ready at your exact pick up time, and they don’t treat you like you’re putting them out for something you’re paying for. keep up the great customer service Dutch Brothers!
