Forget ever trying to reach support. They keep you in a constant loop with bots, hang up the phone on you and direct you to chat but its an impossible loop to get out of.

Best place to get great seats at a great price
The tickets was auto transferred to an account without informing me which I don’t have access to. Now I don’t have the tickets and didn’t even get the refund.
I purchased my tickets and says ticket delivers open your email and accept them .I did not received any email
This app doesn’t actually deliver any tickets. They just say that an email is coming from some other ticket vendor and they don’t even specify which one. There was no and is no email carrying tickets. Their customer support is an AI that just effectively says “oh well” and tries to put you in touch with non existent human support. They do not actually have the tickets to transfer to me. Whomever sold them the tickets has reneged. Now this company has my money and I have to go through a whole process to get money back from the credit card company after I had made plans to go to this event. Meanwhile, tickets have now sold out and increased in price..
Was recently at a Mac Demarco concert when my ticket bought from vivid seats was denied entry. I found out it was because a scammer entered the venue with the ticket he sold me. When I tried to get ahold of vividseats customer service for a refund the guy spoke so quietly and I could barely understand what he was saying. He put me on hold for 20 minutes only for the issue to not be resolved, so I ended up just having to buy a new ticket at the box office. Thanks vivid seats!
I bought BTS tix and 60 min before concert, there’s still no tickets. They don’t have a way of getting seller to release actual tix.
