So far so good. I paid a fee and was in communication within minutes. No major glitches. Really cool.
I have the receipt showing I paid. I created my account. I connected with the person I needed to find. But the app still says zero dollars balance even though my receipt shows I paid. It still won’t let me message anyone. Submitted a help ticket, but no response. This app sucks!!!
As soon as I signed in after making an account, it froze. I’ve tried multiple times and it still freezes.
It’s says I don’t have funds but I have already made 3 different deposits, I can’t send any messages. The other person text me and I get his text but I can’t respond back to him. I try so many times to get help with customer service but they don’t pick up my calls
They will take money. But getting any actual help when the apps don’t work seems impossible. I’ve spent hours on the phone trying to get the app to work properly and they just read from a screen pre made responses and act like I have no technological ability. I spent an hour on the phone with an officer at the institution attempting to get this app to work. One of the worst apps I’ve ver used. I can’t believe this is how I’m supposed to communicate with a loved one e in custody and he is currently consider incompetent to stand trial. This is on the verge of criminal!!
Yea you can connect with your “loved ones” but interacting with them on the app shows you how much they deserve to be where they are .
This app is great to connect with loved ones but terrible with the service it moves slow to send pics while trying to find the pic it cuts the whole app off making you have to go through the whole process again which is a repeat thing. It glitches a lot love the app to talk to family but please fix the glitching and cutting off while on the app looking for items to send
Whoever made this app should get beat for how horrible it is.
Downloaded it, created an account, logged in, and can’t do anything in the app because it doesn’t register my tapping on anything. Pointless.
Fraudulent fee charges Biggest RIP off company. CEO should be ashamed
