Someone needs to update the social media’s chart because number 53 has like a 4.7 star rating how is this one in a better position than that one?

I’m trying to send photos to my dad and I checked my setting & everything is enable ,this is like a knock off version of WhatsApp messenger . Charging to send a single messages is diabolical just benefiting of a person’s misfortune & yet having one of the worst apps to be invented, come on, do better so we at least have a good communication base with our loved ones in tough situations…

Like almost every other review, this app and company is terrible and doesn’t care about you or your loved one that you are trying to call. The video feature does not work, when you go in the app to select your contact to call it literally has a message telling you to download the app… from inside the app. I call customer service and they said they “submitted a ticket” never calling or emailing me to tell me when it was done and the results were that there was no problem found. It’s amoral to hold access like this over people’s head while charging them to see the people they love, I hope this company gets what it deserves.

This app does not work!!

Jay pay was much better. You need an android to use the app. If you don’t have an android, you’re assed out.

Can’t send pictures just ecards it’s giving my video visit options but can’t do video it’s glitching

The app makes me re-verify every day. Then doesn’t allow me to visit. Making deposits is impossible. You click the link and go through all of the necessary motions just for it to kick you back to the main screen without actually being able to make the deposit.

I only had this app for one day and it’s already not loading . Smh . Do better .

I’ve added my contact and I click on his info on the main screen then it takes me to another screen with his info again but it doesn’t give me the option to click on visit now or schedule later. It keeps switching back and forth the two screens with his info. Frustrating and disappointing.

Big problems with the video call feature; the inmate tried to call me today four times. But there is a glitch, and he can’t see me or sometimes, just couldn’t hear me. He’s only allowed to video call sometimes, and our schedules can be hard to align so when he calls, it has to work. You charge people a lot per minute, and add on Service fees every time you purchase more calling time. And then the feature doesn’t work. This app is an atrocity. It’s grounds for a lawsuit. It’s a violation of the inmates state given right/privelege to communicate. It is literally torture trying to use this feature and do business with this company. Repulsive. Disgusting! These people video call their families, their children, their spouses, their friends, to relieve their depression and then they can’t video talk! While in an ICE detention facility. That’s torture. Shame on all of you who are responsible for maintaining the functionality of this app!

I can’t get this stupid thing to work. I’ve tried mobile, app and web browser. When I called for support the person on the other end was so rude and had an attitude. I’m very polite and professional. Ridiculous. I hope someone makes a better app and puts this one out of business
