I love the Inbody as a tool but I can’t get logged in.

I have tried to register with my phone number on the app. The next button does absolutely nothing. I tried to go through Apple and Google sign ins too. I even tried the password reset to check if my number was being used. The app is broken currently so I can’t use my device until it is fixed. I’ve contacted every number/email I could find online. I even used their ai assistant they have on their support page. Really frustrating to have a required app device and the app doesn’t let you register so I can’t use the device until this is fixed. Incredibly disappointing since I ordered the think weeks ago and now it’s here I have to wait longer.

Trying to register on the app and nothing is working. Can’t select “Next” after entering phone number. Super frustrating.

It’s wonderful to see the daily changes in my body (good or bad) but two things. 1. I think the app needs to support iPad better since on the iPad, it just magnifies the screen. 2. The app needs to allow simultaneous logins for multiple devices. I use both iPad and the iPhone, and the app requires me to log in every single time because I go back and forth between the devices.

Everything’s great! Wish there’s an option to switch back and forth between lbs and kg

Recent update stopped syncing to apple health, regardless of permission setting.

I’m 15 and I use this app and it helps me keep my trainer informed about my stuff it’s helpful
