Offered parking with event tickets that turned out to be for a different Everton a different day. Live chat lasting 1.5 hours asking for a like exchange for the right event ended by dropped chat with no reply or resolution. I am extremely dissatisfied with AXS customer service, which appears designed to imposition customers in their attempts to resolve issues to the point of resignation and abandonment of claims.
Just an fyi…there isn’t one!
The Best Ticketing Website Ever!
I bought tickets for a show about three weeks ago. The show is tomorrow and we still don’t have our tickets. Reached out multiple times and can’t get anyone to reply or help. App is up to date.
Don’t even work. Can’t even reset a password.
I hate that right awaythey fully change you for your tickets, and yet they make people wake until very last minute to get access to their tickets!!! I got my tickets 6 hours before the concert and I was calling none stop costumer service for days 😡😡😡😡
I try to sell tickets on the axs resell market but they never appear
I have no choice but to you AXS to buy tickets since I live in Colorado there are no other options for venues like Mission ballroom and red rocks. The app will occasionally lock you out and tell you to turn your Wi-Fi off. Or change your VPN because it doesn't recognize you and thinks you're a bot. You will always be able to see tickets you have purchased, but sometimes you will not be able to purchase tickets if the app doesn't recognize you when the tickets are released. You can always go on your laptop and try again, but that shouldn't be the case. You should always be able to use the app with no issues. I understand they are trying to get rid of the issue of bots buying tickets, but the rate that it thinks real people are bots is unbelievable.
Difficult to get a hold of customer service, like no number to call at all, it’s all automated. My tix is not showing on my app, and nobody to call to the day of the event.
Impossible to use this app while iCloud Private Relay is active. It will not let me look at tickets for any event, even when logged in. So, clearly, tracking user data is more important than revenue (and giving people better/easier access to art) to AXS.
