Getting tickets through AXS is horrible. Either it thinks I’m an automated bot and won’t let me place and order, or it can’t process my payment method. Do better.
Always telling me I’m a bot… I follow all directions from app and browser and have missed out on tickets on multiple occasions because it says “something doesn’t look right, contact customer service”. I dread anytime a band I likes sells tickets through AXS
Total nonsense trying to access my account for resale price update as it wasn’t update as far as I can see the last time I changed price. They want order # for ticket? I can’t access my account to get it!!
I just want to buy tickets but if I look at more than a couple of seating options the app locks me out for extended periods of time. I follow all the troubleshooting steps and attempt to contact support, but nothing works. Makes buying tickets virtually impossible unless I have hours to dedicate to trying and retrying the app.
Every interaction I have with AXS leaves me feeling violated. I was sick and couldn’t attend a concert I bought a ticket for. Tried to resell it on the app and was forbidden from selling below face value. I guess they don’t want to risk somebody buying mine instead of one of theirs. Of course my ticket didn’t sell. Thanks AXS for screwing me yet again!!
it is insane that you have to download an app and have a smart phone to get tickets to a concert. we live in a garbage future and everything is trash.
Stub hub/axs spelled my email with .cm at the end not .com and I did not receive my request.

I kept being blocked, claiming “we noticed something unusual.” Why don’t block normal, paying fans while allowing bots to run rampant? Great job, guys.
I have been attempting to transfer concert tickets and have been unsuccessful for 24 hours! EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING!!!
Since I downloaded the app I can’t get tickets through a venue’s website. AXS always gives me an error. It’s a total pain.
What’s the point? No reason to have an app if it just signs you out all the time. Unacceptable.
