Horrible
I’ve used Clue for years! It was a great app and it’s fairly accurate. This app has helped me understand myself, but it’s very disappointing to see I have to pay to see certain features now. It’s frustrating. I don’t want to pay monthly/yearly when certain features were free in the past. It’s greedy and sick that this company wants to capitalize off women.
I’ve been using the free version of Clue as my tracker for more than 13 years. Compared to what I used to be able to access, Clue has made continuing to use the free version almost not worth it. I used to be able to access basic summaries of my data and typical lengths of my previous cycles which are no longer available because they’re now considered “analysis” which has turned into a paid only feature. I can’t select to let the app know I’m transitioning to perimenopause without paying. Anytime you open the app or shift screens within the app, there’s a pop-up prompting to switch to their paid version. I got 5 pop-up notifications within one session this morning. The only thing keeping me using the app is the fact I have 13+ years worth of data that I’d lose if I changed to something else. Maybe Clue could consider a free version with partner ads. I’d agree to watching one related partner ad per usage session rather than your 5+ annoying pop-ups about paying for a subscription if it meant I could continue to use the app and some of the previously free features in peace.
Got a free trial a few months ago, cancelled after the first few days as the app wasn’t helpful for me. They charged me anyway
I am having issues getting an actual response from Clue in regard to a subscription. If Clue happens to see this review I would like to discuss my situation. I reached out through their website & social media and no response. I love Clue for 10+ years now and will continue to use it. It would be nice to have a better communication system and better cancelation forums.
The app is great and is helpful for me since im a first timer. I did like how you could change the icon, but that part doesn’t work for me. Could you also add a very light option?

I understand introducing a subscription option, but I don’t feel that I should be bombarded with pop up ads every time I use the free version of the app. I have used this app for years but will be switching to another app.
I’ve tried a million apps for tracking and this is the first one that actually gets me to do it. It’s rly user friendly and accurate in predictions. I have the free version and it’s very good. I never spend money on apps but am considering the paid version be use I love it so much!
I’ve used this app for 5 years and it’s always been amazing 10/10
