After first being happy with Fios (having moved from Comcast), I’m now experiencing slow and inconsistent service. Disappointing
Ever since we signed up for Verizon, we have had numerous problems. It’s frustrating to constantly need somebody to come out and try to fix our Internet. I can’t tell you how many hours I’ve spent on the phone and on line trying to correct issues. The service is terrible and I completely regret getting rid of Starlink and getting Verizon. My husband is furious because we never have it when we need it. We rely on Internet for school as well. My husband and I just sat down to have a date night and now we can’t even watch a movie. This is ridiculous. We want to know what you’re going to do to rectify this.
Lied from the get go to get me to sign up lied about the services internet capacity and download speeds .. modern day con men
They always say high speed WiFi but they don’t. The internet is slow as hell it’s embarrassing. Stop marketing as the fastest internet you guys are the slowest. False advertisement
I recently got home internet and service sucks so bad they said a cell tower would be fixed in Tempe in 48 hours but never fixed anything

Horrible WiFi
WiFi worked good for the first 2 weeks. Since then if freezes up constantly. I either have to restart it or completely shut it down and restart it. Hasn’t been a good experience. I’ve checked the status on my phone and there has been a problem in my area a few times. I’m not getting my monies worth. It’s certainly not worth the frustration. I think this thing needs to go back.
