I’ve deleted and reinstalled this app 5 times now and it won’t even open.. can’t pay my rent because this app won’t work at all.

It doesn’t let you cancel your policy and the app sucks
Title says it all. Every month since my property management switched to this awful app, I have had to relink my account every single month multiple times before I can submit my payment. Then when I try to submit my payment there’s always some kind of false error. I just want to pay my rent on time and this app does everything in its power to make sure that doesn’t happen. If I could give it -6,000,000 I would.
If you are trying to install the app to cancel, don’t even try. It doesn’t allow you to create an account or reset your password.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will keep charging you after you cancel your policy
Can’t login. Doesn’t recognize my password. Can’t change it. One dead end after another. Can’t get proof of insurance I need even though I’ve paid

I was auto-enrolled in this app’s credit reporting program. Took several steps to cancel my membership to this service that I NEVER CHOSE TO SIGN UP FOR. This should be illegal.
This app only lets you buy a policy for one month at a time and doesn’t tell you that. You have to literally make a new policy every month. The way I find out it cancels every month is my managment telling me I have no insurance again. Can’t believe my apartment complex would tell us to use this garbage app.
