Have been using Calm since 4 years but lately since 3 weeks it keeps dropping in between all meditations and I have to restart from beginning!! And yes I have updated it as well
I enjoy Calm and the layout along with the variety, however, I prefer the Open app as it allows me to dive deeper into guided meditation, guided breathing exercises and more.
I absolutely love my calm subscription. I have been with the app for years now, since the beginning. The changes have been radical! I use the app every morning, and sometimes at night. Wonderful investment! Thank you Calm!
The Calm app is so much more than a daily practice for me. I believe it’s the only reason I survived Covid lockdown. I use it at a minimum of twice a day & sometimes more often as it’s full of tools to help bring me back to ME!
The reminders help me to remember, rest is to empower self.
This app literally helps you calm down. It has stories, meditations videos, and literally more I like it.
To do meditation that Tamara and others lead, finding how to focus thought on who and how we serve God
I really like using this app for its sleep sounds and the sleep stories they have a very large amount of both and that is very helpful for people who may be struggling to sleep. All in all I think this is a really good app and I definitely recommend getting it!
Calm meditations have provided me with the strength to endure over four decades of treatment resistant depression. As I recover, it provides daily lessons in living my best life. I am so grateful.
One star for asking me every single time I open the app to provide an App Store rating and review . That does not make me calm. It makes me irritated. So hopefully now the requests stop.
The app is great but CAN WE PLEASE add a section for playlist at the bottom. It will be easier to find the ones we favorite and routine is crucial for this kind of app. SO PLEASE CAN WE GET THAT??
The app has some good content but there is no way to control the audio but directly on screen. No ability to pause or skip with any headset. So it’s annoying to use at night.
