Here’s an idea: an app meant for media *plays media* instead of just starting for 3 seconds with no signal on how to troubleshoot the app not working.
Literally never loads. This app sucks on both iPhone and Apple TV.
We get Starz via our Direct TV account and though we can login, when we try to stream content, we get a failure message of too many devices on the account. We go through the process to log out all devices and it still continues to have that error. We can stream on any tv in our house with no issue. Reached out to customer support and they were completely useless and unhelpful. Tried for several days on 2 different phones and an iPad.
This app is constantly crashing on me in the middle of a show and NEVER saves my place where I was in the show. Additionally, there is ALWAYS an ad at the beginning of the show when I reload the app with no ability to skip it. Very annoying since I’ve seen the same ad a million times and I can’t make it through a single episode.
Not allowing to connect to Att package when it is part of the streaming service
For the love of god we don’t need some garbage start up animation about your garbage new release, nobody cares about STARZ exclusives if it isn’t power.
A very good variety of entertainment with top quality movies and sound.
I want to cancel my subscription
The app is kind if brutal. They show these absurd ads when it starts for awful starzs originals, which you can’t skip. The content you do watch starts with another awful ad for a show/movie I would never watch or have already watched, still can’t skip. The volume on the Apple TV app is super low, so you have to turn it way up. Then, when you switch to another app, the sound is way too high. Leaving the content paused seems to crash the app, which is kind of funny. Definitely won’t be renewing my subscription.
By far the worst streaming app. Does not keep track of where you are if you have to force close the app (which you will have to do several times) so it replays the same ads. There is not enough content and the shows and movies they do have? You can find them elsewhere or you can save yourself time by not watching at all.
7th time trying to reach a agent about a refund this is ridiculous at this point is there a phone number I can call… this is the worst support service ever I’m telling everyone I know personally don’t use this service it’s not friendly for users plus Waiting over 2 hours trying just to talk to a agent also there’s no phone number to call to talk to anyone about your issues
