Eventbrite

I bought tickets to a Max B and French Montana concert, it got cancelled. The concert was supposed to be on June 26th. Its now July 9th and i still haven’t gotten my refund. I will never buy tickets to anything through Eventbrite ever again

This app is one of the best you can download, gives you updates on what events are happening around you, the best part most of them are free! So when you feel like you’re stuck at home cuz you have no money to go out, bring up the app and check out the things you can do for free! I’ve been using this app for years and I am so glad that I came upon it! Thank you eventbrite for having such an amazing app! Great job

Have you ever done a study of how much business you LOSE because of your incompetent security system? Because I’ve lost count of how many times I just close out your website without doing ANYTHING simply because I get put through three…. count them, THREE different “are you human” tests, the last of which is a matching game that LITERALLY never ends. You should be better at your jobs.

An event in April of 2026 was canceled by an artist which promptly followed by the usual refunds will be returned by point of sale; I never got my money back. I reached out over twenty times through their app and all I’ve gotten were automated responses of we’ll look into it. I ask to speak to a human, it promptly says it’s all automated or there is no body. It’s become AI garbage that has zero customer care or support and zero value. I will not use this app again. **update*** I guess complaining on several platforms got their attention. They said, despite their policy guideline, my refund did not meet their requirements, I have the email that said I AM GETTING A REFUND, but they refuse to honor it, and that I need to contact the organizer, which I did 2 months ago with zero replies, last month with zero replies, and now today (7/7/16) 3 Months to hear that….

Any event I saved is not showing up on my iPhone but the ones showing up on my Chromebook gives me duplicates on certain events and are not in chronological order.

If you are new to an area you can count on Eventbrite to know what’s happening in that area I always find some interesting things to do 🎉

I enjoyed myself at this festival Jamal Roberts, my hometown hero. He also works at the school, where my Cousin, Mabel Cole works as the principal I never met him but on this day, I enjoyed myself he took me to church with my little sister Tiana and my Uncle James and Auntie Diane enjoyed ourselves even though he had to tell them how to play the background music to make his day happen even though the man that pulled him away when him I and many fans where about to take a picture with Jamal Roberts I still enjoyed myself Jamal you will receive many many many Grammy’s keep God in your life and keep raising those babies, my Meridian, Mississippi, Hometown hero. i’m the one holding a pink shirt up with Jamal Robert’s name and picture on it.
