★★★★★Glitchy for Fitbit users🇺🇸 US

My charge 6 isn’t listed under devices and I can’t discover it either no matter what I try but the app still syncs data so it must be connected. Also I dismissed the home page card and the black notification bar won’t clear and blocks the bottom of the screen unless I undo the dismissal. Annoying. Seriously, where’s the QA team?! OK update 2 weeks later. They responded to me and made a few suggestions. Also there was a new firmware update for the Fitbit which seems to have resolved all the issues.

★★★★Get rid of scroll on weight log🇺🇸 US

Get rid of the dial to log a weight, go back to simple keyboard entry. It's 6 keystrokes versus scroll and scroll and scroll and dammit I went too far come back oops went too far again, there finally got the weight right dammit now I have to scroll for the decimal. VERY AGGRAVATING!

★★★★Not user friendly🇺🇸 US

So hard to view what I’m looking for. It’s a chaotic mess to view any of my stats.

★★★★Fitbit UI was better🇺🇸 US

Fitbit UI was better.

★★★★Too much but not enough🇺🇸 US

I don’t want all this AI all front and center. My upgrade to the Fitbit air feels more like a downgrade in so many ways. It doesn’t use the phone for gps so thank god I have an Apple Watch. While you’re doing a work out nothing shows up on the screen. The Fitbit air gave me twice as many steps and my Apple Watch and also said I burned 300 more calories. My charge 5 and sense 2 did a much better job at this stuff but I wanted the more accurate heart rate and sleep tracking. The new app and Fitbit Air is a great idea but they are so buggy.

★★★★Way to break a good thing🇺🇸 US

Change for the sake of change rarely works and this app no longer works with my Fitbit. I have no access to my history and it will not recognize my device no matter what. Nothing seems to have transferred from the Fitbit app and nothing g works in this app. Guess I’ll be looking at an Apple Watch next. Thanks Google.

★★★★Major downgrade from Fitbit app🇺🇸 US

Everything is harder to find and logging meals is so much harder than the Fitbit app. Makes me consider canceling my subscription. I may. :(

WarEKakaRon· 2026-06-04
★★★★Will Not Sync🇺🇸 US

Inaccurate calorie counts and does not sync up when I got to delete something. This is not a tool I will continue to use

CassPetersen· 2026-06-04
★★★★I like it now🇺🇸 US

It took me a while to figure out the app. But now that I have, I’m very happy with it.

Astro617· 2026-06-04
★★★★Google revamp on Fitbit app🇺🇸 US

I don’t know where to being! Using this app is confusing, time consuming, looking up food items is practically useless, nutrition values inaccurate or inadequate, bottom line not user friendly at all! I miss my Fitbit app!!!
