FIND NEW PODCASTS QUICKLY - Search for your podcasts by title, keyword, or author. - Browse the top podcasts categorized by different genres. • Manually add podcasts by entering their URLs. • Support for password-protected feeds. • Option to download a single episode. • Import podcast subscriptions for episodes already on your device from iTunes. • Import your OPML file from iTunes or other iOS podcast app. • Import media using the iTunes File Sharing feature. • Add your existing audiobooks (non-password-protected ones) using the iTunes File Sharing feature. • Add previously downloaded podcasts from your computer using the iTunes file sharing feature (see Settings and Import Media for details). This is generally a good app for podcasts. But the UI is pretty outdated (even before Liquid Glass) and it has problems forgetting where in a podcast you are. Many times the app seems to scrub 20 or 30 min for no apparent reason. Never experienced this in any other podcast player.
I want to like this app a lot, even though the UI feels a little dated. Unfortunately it crashes in the background, losing track of what was playing. Sometimes a podcast just stops playing and it skips to a different episode. Never had these problems with other players.
Great app! I've been using it for several years. However, with the latest version 9.3.3, I encountered an annoying problem: episodes I've already downloaded sometimes return to the download queue after a short time. I have to download them again, sometimes using up my mobile data. But maybe I just didn't figure out some of the settings. I would appreciate any help with this matter.
I’ve been using this app for many years and loved all it has to offer. However, for the past few months it’s been locking up every time I use a different audio app, forcing me to reboot it multiple times a day. It doesn’t matter if I make a phone call, listen to a streaming app or an audiobook, this app won’t respond to any input until I reboot it. Gonna look for a different podcast app that is more robust.
I’ve been using iCatcher for years, before Apple could even spell podcast. It’s packed with features and supports downloads making it great for anywhere with marginal internet service. It also protects your privacy. Highly recommended.
Was looking for something that would let me create a playlist and play continuously without manual intervention. This has that and so much more! Includes functionality that I didn’t know I wanted until I started trying things out. Already asked a question about a setting and got support almost immediately. So glad I found this app.

The most feature rich podcast app. Plenty of ways to customize and setup the way you want
Works great on my iPhone 16 Pro Max running iOS 26, and iPad mini 6 and 7. I love the shortcuts I can make for this app. Just go to the settings in this app to set it up. This is a very solid app. The person who makes this app updates it often and does an amazing job. I have been using this app for a long time and think it's the best I really like the addition of dynamic text as I use that feature to make the font size large in the accessibility settings on the iPhone and iPad. Btw, I found out I can change the artwork on each podcast. I can pick a photo on my iPhone to add as the photo I will see when I play the podcast Very 😎 I have tried the top podcasting apps and I prefer this one the best. One of the great things about this app is you can really customize this app with a lot of settings, so you can tweak it just the way you like it and you can also use gestures. With gestures you can easily jump backwards, forwards, pause, etc. with the swipe of a finger or double tap anywhere on the screen to pause. It's especially helpful when you're doing other things. Some gestures you can do with this app are the Leo where you do an L or a reverse L to skip ahead or back 2 minutes. Swipe left or right with one finger to go 30 seconds ahead or back. Doing a two finger swipe goes backwards or forwards 1 minute. Double tap to play or pause. There is even a gesture to mark as played, which I enjoy doing 😉 I tried downcast and really tried to like it but I find it very unintuitive, and the way it's organized is not really to my liking. Also this app developer is very responsive. If you have a question or need help, he will get back to you via email from the help button on the bottom. Although within the app you can tap on help and find a lot of information on how to use the app etc. I would suggest looking at that first, cause I found that many of the answers are in there.
