I have same issue as another reviewer. New version only loads to white screen. I have iPad 8, iOS 17.7.11. I tried deleting app, reloading, signing in again. App loads once. Then refuses to load again. Are you guys working on this?
Great news app lots of good content especially locally about the DMV. It makes news easy to find & frequently updated format. The owner has treated staff poorly, firing lots of people, overruling news for opinion and worse. They’ve also changed the op-ed to make them mindlessly and reflectively conservative not reflecting the nature of most of its local readers.
Some weeks I’ll read the post other times it’s the times with a dash of this and that with a pinch sometimes ….
Before bezos and the departure of the best reporters it was the beacon of truth. Not so much anymore
I read the Washington Post because I trust that I will read the truth about any given story/situation. Please don’t let owners, higher ups from dissuading you from doing your duty to your readers. We’re behind you!!
I’m not a Big Reader. But I read the WashPost most every morning (online)…I’m a News/Feature Page skimmer, with Sports News Rising. I’ve lived in over 6 States (not witness protection) and the WaPo is Just the Best. —Not in Witness Protection, but thinking about it.
The WP is a shell of a once great newspaper that has no sports or metro section and a weird misguided editorial viewpoint.
I am going to try and post again after a long hiatus. I have seen some articles on Facebook and I don’t know if I can completely write them off.
WaPo is center right now and an apologist for plutocrats and economic inequality. They got rid of most of their liberal writers and dropped their sports coverage. They still do some decent investigative stories.
I really trust the news in the Post. I don’t think they lie about it!

I am looking for fact based coverage that is nonpartisan. WP seems obsessed with Anti Trump stories. Perhaps you could focus on other topics/people?
