Very quality products, variety of options, quick delivery, and efficiency in printing.
I enjoy Shutterfly very much! The ease it is to use. The memories that sent monthly. The variety of options that I have for a project & the joy it’s to select what I want to do. I have been a member of Shutterfly for many years and to continue this relationship. It was fun when my grandbabies were growing up & now that the are older to send them my favorite memories. Outstanding products and service
I love the Shutterfly company, I’ve used them many times. This isn’t a review on Shutterfly itself, just the app. It’s NOT GOOD. It’s buggy, laggy, rage inducing, with limited features available. The help bot they send you to if you have issues is also terrible and totally unhelpful. I recommend just using the website on a computer, I’ve had 0 issues there.
So easy to use
You work out the bugs; you get things working pretty smoothly and then you change it? So frustrating. Guess I’ll be calling support tomorrow. Use to be able to share directly from the app; now as it’s loading, the album option disappears and all photos come up by date. When you finally are able to check the ones you want to share, THE SHARE BUTTON/LINK is no where to be found. Time consuming and frustrating.
They changed the photo book settings where now the photos bring you to the top every time and you have to scroll to find your photos for a specific page. EVERY. TIME. Can no longer make photo books with Shutterfly.
Had my whole order ready and the promo code was coming up an error. I use the online chat Service And Steve was able to very quickly correct the issue. I love Shutterfly!
