Password reset takes too long
Pretty sure I’ll die before anything g actually loads in the app. Completely useless.
Me encanta fandango
Could not exchange or remove a ticket from my order when a friend cancelled. Tried to "join for free" and that part of the app didn't work, either. Finally gave up and took a refund, minus the fees, and then got charged the same fees a second time when I redid my order minus one seat. The only experience worse than this was trying to buy the tickets directly from the theatre's website. And people wonder why we all watch movies at home now! Would not use again, would not recommend.
I signed up for the movie membership and it said congratulations and waived the service fees but then I was not able to commit my purchase without being charged the fees. I ended up purchasing the tickets with fees.
Tried to input promo code and would not process on order even though accepted. Dont offer promo codes if u make it so difficult to process
I bought tickets for 2 movies in the last week. Neither of those tickets actually showed up in my email or anything. I tried getting a refund and they couldn’t even manage that. Wasted $80 on this. Never again.
Love my Fandango
Reward program was frustrating enough before but now they made it worthless. They still give you $5 every 4 tickets but not for anything you want to use it for and it expires right away.
Poor
This service is very convenient, but very expensive after adding the senior fees. The price went up a little over 20% all for work that a BOT is doing in the background.
