THIS IS THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE UNFORTUNATELY MY AREA ONLY HAS THIS SERVICE DEFINITELY CONSIDERING MOVING ‼️‼️‼️‼️
The app is worthless to resolve problems and customer service is not authorized to solve issues regarding credit for loss of service. Optimum is a very difficult company to deal with and extremely expensive for its service. Do not recommend either the app or company.
Go with another service if you can
I had a very unpleasant and long hold on a recent call to optimum
Sudden disruption of service and no information of days of disruption. No apologies either
I got started with a bundle phone and Internet stupid amount of money. I don’t even use a phone Internet sucks.
App never works
The app helped me restart my internet in a timely fashion, thanks optimum 😇
The app is a little bit confusing maybe change it up a little bit
We started with Morris Broadband, we NEVER had any problems. Optimum acquired them and at the start it was the same great service until 2025. Winter of 2025 until now horrible spotty service. I’m done with the subservient service.
Internet outage for 9 hours btw
This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had with an internet company. From no call no show technician appointments, to them skipping important steps in their technical work to assure we have Internet when they said, to 5 days later, currently sitting working from home with no internet because their network down. I frankly can’t wait for their competition to arrive because I’m switching without question.
