Please include feature that button that WiFi on/off individuals devices which are connected to WiFi. It will more control.
It is totally useless. I would like to pull up my email and can find no facility for doing that. I’m not surprised. I’m on a cruise and haven’t been able to get into my email the entire time. Call car support people for over an hour. Nobody could help. Few people, I’m planning on changing after I get back. Worst customer service in creation.
Nothing works when you need it to.
Horrible customer service from overseas. Can’t understand them. Daysssss to resolve. And now they want to charge me just to tell me to make a payment. Never late and perfect credit here. THIS WILL LOSE CUSTOMERS. I will not pay you to bill me.
Have my account set up for autopay but somehow it’s always got late payments and fees. Or is way past due.
We have been with optimum for almost ten years and no one there knows what they are doing. I called asking for a long term contract because i’ve had to call every three months or every month because of my bill changing. I finally get someone to give me a five year amount, and the next month it went right back up. I am tired of them, and I can’t wait until we have someone else as an option.
My cable boxes never seem to work. They go offline multiple times per day. Replaced the boxes. Now the gateway/internet goes down nightly. Tech support on the phone is worthless.
Internet goes on and off
My internet keeps going in and out having to reset my modem
TV, Internet and phone have all been out now over 14-1/2 hours! What is going on??
Can’t login app due to error message “We are experiencing technical difficulties, and cannot access your account at this time. Please check back later.” I deleted app and reinstalled app on my iPhone and I still can’t access it, need to update app
I don’t recommend this internet provider we constantly have outages and they are increasing our bill with no resolution
