Can no longer add receipt photos. Has the developer abandoned this app?
Other than the icon, what is the name of the app or program. I would like to recommend it but I don’t where to tell people to buy it.
This is a great program, but REALLY need the ability to print out the monthly check register.
Can you put in the next update an option to keep the date due the same when you POST NOW from your recurring payments? Love this app! I been using it since 2017!! My kids use it now too. They have been adding money spent to the accounts since they were 7 and 12! Great way to track money and manage debt!!! Love you guys! ADD to UPDATE: transfers are not tracked in reports! It falls under transfer but transfers are not tracked in reports!
I have been using this App for maybe 10 years and am happy with how it allowed me a digital platform to balance my accounts. I’m old school & feel reconciling accounts monthly is a must. Every now and then there is an update glitch where my iPad does not match my iPhone, but I just stay patient & wait on the next update to fix it. Yes, I attempt to do the backup & restore thing. I’m still happy with the App.
I have been using this app for years. I started with the first version and with each new version the app remains simple, clean, concise and performs the way I need it to. One small suggestion would be to be able to add color text to different entries. I am currently using emojis to differentiate some entries but would love to set a color instead.
I sure would like to be directing this to the Help area, but this seems to be the only choice. Today when I went to record a transfer between one account and another, I was using the transfer function, not specific to any account and was drilling through to the accounts that we’re going to be affected. A pop-up appeared about midway down the screen on my phone that said something like save more or save mail. I did not complete the transfer at that time, but I went back through to try to make it happen again, and that pop-up did not appear. Naturally, I would be disturbed if someone is reviewing the data in my register for my accounts. Any thoughts?
I have used checkbook 2 for about 7 years now and have been happy. I recently upgraded to Checkbook 3 but now I can no longer retrieve the backup from the email. When I import it and reopen, nothing is there.
The recurring items I set up are not showing on my accounts. I can I fix this????? Please help. Thank you.
My husband and I used Accounts 2 for years and loved it. We upgraded to Accounts 3 and unfortunately now the app on his phone will not import the backup file I send from my phone. We deleted and reinstalled the app on his phone, but still nothing. Both of us need access to the registry. Please contact me and help resolve the problem. Wishing we had not upgraded versions!
