My bill supposed to stay the same and every time I go to pay it keeps going up… besides I updated my insurance phone and every time I’m trying to make a call it says call failed or doesn’t ring on the other end having me to reset my phone every time… I’m not getting calls and when I get to call people they tell me it was going to voicemail but I’m playing music or videos… if I receive a text is people telling me that they were calling having me again resetting my phone…I paid the bill last week and the my data isn’t as good as it was having to use the WiFi and still doesn’t work. This sucks, been going on for weeks already
The service and customer service reps are awesome
The app is good to certain points, but I wish the accessibility was a lot better as in a lot better labels and easier to navigate especially when paying for a bill or even making it easier to upgrade my phone. I have an issue trying to purchase a new phone and I had to call customer support to do the order.
I have been trying it boost mobile for years and they service have been really good and I am staying with them due to they customer service and the people are so nice.
My favorite part is how easy it is to navigate, everything is straight forward and easy. I like 5g service but my only complaint would be the upgrades and the prices of the phones. It’s suppose to be an upgrade but i feel like im still having to pay full price for a new phone, shouldn’t be like that.
As a Boost Mobile customer, I feel I was misled about the quality of its 5G service and “unlimited” data. I have been testing Boost Mobile and T-Mobile side by side using the same phone in the same locations around Lowell, Massachusetts. The difference has been significant. Boost often provides only one bar of 5G service, while T-Mobile consistently shows a full-strength 5G UC signal with much better performance. Based on my experience, the advertised coverage does not match the actual service I receive. If a mobile carrier advertises reliable 5G coverage and unlimited service, customers expect those claims to reflect real-world performance. When the actual experience is consistently much worse than advertised, it can leave customers feeling misled and disappointed.
I have been a Boost Mobile customer for over 10 years. I love the service & using the app, but I've recently been unable to log in to the app. I am not receiving the code to my messages nor my email to be able access my account. Please resolve this issue. Thank you!
