Faulty payment processing ended up with Boost pulling 300 extra dollars out of my account that I now have to submit forms and wait to get refunded. Thanks so much!
This will not allow me to add no other payment at all . It’s totally trash.
The app isn’t very user friendly. Difficult to navigate and live chat isn’t actually live, it’s AI. Horrible customer service.

Service is amazing love the fast service!!!
Great phone company no issues other than really aggravating at the fact that the app does not update correctly so it shows you owe last month bill when it should be showing the coming months bill and it never updates. It’ll tell you all the full amount even once you’ve paid it on active lines are still showing on there just a mess and the website is no better.
Love it
I just love how they slow your service down towards the end of your cycle.
