I first downloaded this app to watch Interview with the Vampire and it worked great years ago. After I finished the series I cancelled it. Now the continuation has came out Lestat. I can’t even watch 5 mins of the series before the show stops, parts of the show (there’s sound and then nothing). The app keeps crashing while watching the series. I don’t know what happened but this app is trash.

The app does not give the option to search for provided, so if you’re not a Spectrum or Dish Network customer, don’t waste your time downloading.

App on TV is constantly resetting itself and freezing. And people wonder why they are tired of streaming…You start getting emotionally invested in a show or movie and then the app just stops working. You then lose that feeling and connection to what you’re watching. Great shows but please fix your apps. Physical media is better.

idk love my favorite shows on there, love my free trial and the promos I get for free from earning them on other apps. buttt idk if it’s just me and maybe my phone but the show just keeps pausing or “freezing” for no reason. it doesn’t say that it’s paused neither, I have to click the pause button and then play to get it to instantly start after that. it happens about 20 times every episode. my WiFi is working just fine, I’ve never had these issues with any others streaming app.

The shows are great, but the app itself definitely needs some work, crashes and playback issues happen often

This is by far THE WORST streaming service I have ever had the displeasure of using. •Playback isn’t just lacking it’s basically nonexistent, •the app (on phone and TV) will just randomly crash mid episode. You have to reopen multiple times before it will work. •your “continue watching” episode is almost always wrong •if you hit the “next episode” button it WILL NOT let you watch that episode and makes the app crash. No matter how many times you restart the app or your TV you will not be watching that episode. (I had to air play it from my phone) •Your continue watching doesn’t bring up the episode list so if you need to find a different episode you have to search for the actual show in the search bar. If it is the correct episode 75% of the time it doesn’t give you the “restart” or “resume” options and you have to manually restart the app. •AMC+ doesn’t have the “are you still watching?” message and will blow through SEASONS while you sleep. I ✨never✨ write reviews, especially bad reviews. I have zero idea how this JOKE of a platform got such a big name like Doctor Who. Doctor Who is the only reason I even got an AMC subscription as I’ve been wanting to rewatch for months now. I’m just trying to rewatch and relive my favorite high school show and all I’m getting to do is fight this god forsaken app. If I hadn’t been waiting for a platform to pick up DW for months I would’ve cancelled my subscription the day after I purchased it.

This is an absolutely terrible app for a cheap option. There is an ad every 5 minutes so it sucks on an hour watch

Thank you for IWTV and TVL. I love the shows so much. Quality is fantastic. But try and be consistent with episode drops please.

App doesn't work! I paid for premium with no ads and still get ads! Cancelling! App barely works

I love amc but this app is terrible. I paid for the full year so I can’t cancel. Every time I am watching a show thru the app on my TV, the screen goes black and it kicks me out to the home page. It doesn’t happen just once it happens several times on each episode. It’s very frustrating.
