It seems to do what the ad said it did: caused visuals. It's not like watching your couch melt away like candle wax, but I eventually saw fractals. It's almost feels like flying through a tunnel of ever changing patterned light. The strobe seems to go with the music, causing a symphony of visual music, working together inn harmony. Gosh, I sounds like I'm being paid to write this😂 But I'm 50 and I've known about this since I was a kid. My dad was an EEG tech, a test that prints out your brain waves ands he used to practice on us kids. In one part of the test they have you close your eyes while they put a much larger strobing light (approx. 7x3inches) in front of your eyes to see the brain reaction. I don't know what else it claims to do, but t it's got that one covered.
The only thing this app seems to do is ask for more money. The actual headset is really cool but the app won’t link to the subscription I already bought.
You go through every thing answering all the questions and getting comfortable, headphones on and you can’t even get a sample. U either pick to try for a week and then end up in a subscription or u buy a subscription. I can’t get stuck in a subscription I can’t afford and that is impossible to cancel.
I hope your app fails
I’ve had the Lumenate Nova for about 3 months now, and I love it, but I do wish they would add more features, such as a custom feature that lets you pick the sounds or music, or just more mind exploration sessions. The daily stuff is fine, but really not my thing. The two sessions that bounce back and forth are The Deep Exploration and Intense Exploration. Hopefully, they see this feedback and do something because it is extremely cool and useful to dig deep.
I was at first skeptical and tried this using the phone app. The first time I tried it I was surprised by the visuals in my mind. Geometric patterns, organic patterns. I realized quickly that having to hold the phone was not ideal so I invested in the mask they sell. When I first got the mask it seemed well made. It weighs very little which at first made me think it is a bit pricey. The first time I tried the masked sold me on the device. Took a little bit to play with the way the foam pad fit in order to get the lights inline with my eyes as the initial set up seemed to place the lights slightly above the eyebrows. Eventually with some repositioning I found my fit. I did find for me that it fits better with the straps going across the ear, over my ear buds. It keeps the light from leak very well. Recently after a few weeks of not using it, I decided to try it again while sitting up in my office chair and that is when I had the most colorful session ever, even experienced flash of some interior environments that seemed familiar. I would definitely recommend trying the mask, but just using the phones flash is a way to see if it’s for you before dropping the money for the mask as it is a little pricey.
They lure you to download the app but then asking money for the most basic operation. Charge as much as you like just don’t lure people to download your app

this app made me experience one of the scariest moments of my whole life, i was stressed about life and was in the car with my mom, i put a hoodie over my head and then used the app, after that i had woken up in ana ambulance with people telling me i had a seizure and almost died, this app is a pos don’t use it if u don’t want shakey shakey bad times
waste of time. they make u answer a bunch of bs questions and sign up before you finally get to the last step which is pay them. complete bs
Whenever I do it, it creates sort of a 3D oval sphere that has light flow around it. Trying to wrap my head around it while listening to Destiny music to relax KNOCKS ME OUT! It makes it very easy to visualize things in your mind. I feel very different and relaxed waking up from this compared to regular sleep without Lumenate. It’s kind of like a spinning Mandela with light mixed with the ending time travel scene from interstellar.
