Test your app before pushing an update. Users cannot see data usage in app. Does. It load. Fix it.

I’ve been with Starlink since the first days we were able to get it in Oregon. Service and customer service had always been great. However, the price has recently increased by $15/month with no increase in service and a reduction in customer service. If I am going to take the time to write to you, I expect a human being to take the time to write me back, not have some AI chat bot just regurgitate my issue and then tell me I’m out of luck. And, by reducing the cost of your customer service staff and increasing price without any improvement in service, you are demonstrating nothing but GREED. We now have fiber in my area and I will be ending my relationship with Starlink. Goodbye, jerks.

Simply and amazing piece of tech. I won’t leave home without it. It has changed aviation. Truely a safety feature we never knew we needed.

Would love to see real satellite data. AR on where theyre located. General space data!

We live in rural Wisconsin and Starlink is terrible for us. It will be down for days at a time despite there being no obstructions and nothing wrong with the physical components of our device. We are thinking about getting rid of it and just not even having WiFi out here. It would honestly be nice to get refunded for all the days it hasn’t worked so far (which is a lot!!).

When I first got it, it was $50 per month for 50GB, or pause for nothing. then it got to $10 for 10GB, which was of great value and I loved it. Then they removed it for $5 “standby” which is only text-able, or $55 for 100GB which is expensive and I can’t use them up in a month. I originally thought Starlink is amazing and would easily beat Garmin inreach, or iPhone, but the worse happened: standby is now $10 which brings negative value to me, and I found no where to cancel it, even if I smash the Starlink they would still charge me money. Why it went from the amazing service to a hole in my wallet? You guess.

Works great if you’re in a wide open plain, cannot manage trees in the slightest. Apparently they can’t figure out how to guarantee a connection through leaf cover even though phones have been doing it for decades. Also bad customer service.

Going to be a new costomer i had something called remnet i think it was called and it wasso slow and lagh it only had 1 mbps and would not work most of the time so i heard about starlink threw one of my aunts that has it and she says its wonderful she lives not far from me so when i went to her home and tried it wow i was very impressed so now me and my mother is geting starlink today as it is going to be an expearions like no other

Signed onto Starlink with a deal, $30 for the first month, then $35 a month for a year, at which time it would be raised to $55. Before I even got my system installed, i received notification that my monthly fee was immediately going up to $55. I’m not sure, but this feels like a bait and switch scam, and is very likely breaking federal law.
