Can’t rest and repair my device. Keep getting wrenches and negative numbers meaning it’s not pairing. I reset the device, repaired, restarted, reinstalled the app and it’s not working. I’ve used this app and watch for years. So annoyed. And worse, i want to sync with VeryFitPro and it won’t give me the option to reset my password. Horrible experience.
I like the sleep monitoring and tracking of steps but I can’t answer calls or respond to texts. Now, my watch won’t charge.
I have to admit that I’m a bit spoiled from having an eye watch for many years. I just got tired of having to charge it up every day. well, I really like this smart watch, I’m disappointed with a couple things. The biggest is that the sleep function will occasionally just stop monitoring sleep if I wake up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. It will simply just stop tracking at 3 AM and give me a sleep score and I have no idea how to adjust this. Another quirky feature is that the stopwatch has to be continually accessed if you want to check on status once you start it. If you turn your wrist down, you literally have to go through two more moves. To bring the stopwatch back. Obviously, if you’re using a stopwatch, you wanna be able to monitor continuously. Maybe this can be fixed with software updates.
Sucks I got one call doesn’t work i tried time it was wrong and in military time this thing just sucks go for a Apple Watch or Samsung
I love this app. It gives me all of my work out my health, my walking everything.

Amazing performance of this Amazon product👏👏👏
Zero customer support on the app. Customer AI takes you to a page that doesn’t even have support anymore. Call disabling not working right, still getting calls on my watch. Good at first but now problems all the time and features that sometimes work sometimes don’t.

Many choices for monitoring and recording activity and and diet data
This watch constantly crashes and restarts on its own. I’ll lose the whole day of steps.
