Another day, another printer and another app I have to download

Absolutely ridiculous. I am only able to print once in a while from my phone - normally I have to play with the phone and computer to get it to work. Terrible!

I love the printer app and I also love my printer.

Total and complete waste of time. I installed this app on my iPhone and it was easy to connect the printer. I can scan it and see the image on my phone. But as soon as I click “next” or “complete” etc, I get a pop-up that says “Not enough memory.” No further instructions or information. Is the memory low on my device? In the app? Something else? I’ve adjusted settings (lower resolution etc) but the pop-up persists. It is unbelievably frustrating that it doesn’t say WHAT the problem is or what to do about it! There’s not even a “confirm” or “okay” or “try again” button. Just this useless disembodied “Not Enough Memory.” I deleted the app.

Started out slow,got discouraged, but stuck with it. Finally got all connected. Printer, wi-fi and IPAD.

Only prints from saved files!!!!!! Just bought & wont print from page or notes on my phone. Going to return to Walmart! Looks like another subscription scam!

I love this printer. My previous printer from another brand name was horrible. I replaced with a Brother printer one year ago and have had zero problems. It’s reliable, prints clear, crisp pages, never jams, scans are super easy. The phone app makes everything even more convenient- I can scan from my phone! Win!

Very confusing to use. It doesn't seem possible to use the two sided printing function of the printer, although who knows – – maybe you can.

Very difficult and expense ongoing process to use a brother printer. It often takes me 30 minutes plus to troubleshoot use.

Fantastic, nothing more to say.

1) Print options such as “Page margins”, “Fit page width” are missing. 2) When multiple single page files are selected for printing, the App does not show option for double-sided printing. 3) There’s no permanent double-sided printing option that can be saved as default in Settings. Above software options should be considered in future updates.

Brother really has looked out for me as a new business owner. I must have received months of free ink on a special promotion with an additional agreement. I wanted to be fickle about it at first when i realized i had to go back to paying until i realized i had a great run with a free trial. It is fast over my business WiFi. Brother is ‘Easy’ to integrate using Brother Professional for Administrators and to connect to domain, IPv6 etc. Also, the printer heads and output are about the best premium quality anyone will find in printers in 2026. In fact if you change the settings it bolsters the print quality by a good 40%. Try it out you cannot beat $5-$20 a month for ink and the amount of pages you are able to print.
