기상루틴이나 취침루틴을 퍼스널 옵션에 맞게 생성하면 알람을 설정하여 퍼스널 루틴이 바로 재생되었으면 좋겠어요. 스스로 운동하지 않는 사람에게 꼭 필요한 기능입니다.
i love how structured and organized everything is and i love the ability to skip certain poses.

the old homescreen design was better, this one is bland and boring—why must modernity aways suck the beauty from life?

I enjoy the variety of stretching routines offered in the app (although I haven’t tried a lot of them yet) and I appreciate the accountability of the reminders to get a stretch in every day.
Easy feels goods always available
I did not realize how much I need to stretch. This app covers all of my Streisand bending needs. So far I been at it for 25 days straight. Feeling better and more confident every day.
