my number one gripe with this app that makes me not use it and heavily dislike it, is the fact that you have to subscribe or pay 100$ to have repeating tasks. on top of that, alert types and also many other planning settings are locked under the subscription / lifetime payment. im deeply upset that this app has failed in so many specific ways that i really did not expect. but alas, all i can do is leave this review.

It’s been such a great app, but they expect you to start the day you download the app. Other than that, I love it so far. It’s free and useful for people whose routine changes everyday

I didn’t realize that AI was being used until a day into this app, which is on me, but there is no way to have it turned off and removed. And the other thing is that it is openai chatgpt and the owner/creator/whatever that disgusting creature is, is a rapist. I’ve been informed and read multiple articles of his brave little sister sharing her story of having been sexually abused by him. It’s awful to see it still being supported. Furthermore, if you need AI to help you schedule things for your day, you’re very pathetic. Thank you.

This app has helped me tremendously and I it helps lower my stress levels from the unknown and unplanned.

I've been using Structured every day for a couple years now. It's very straightforward to use and the UI isn't overwhelming. Plus, the team actually takes user feedback into consideration when updating the app.

I am a teacher and I have LOADS of tasks…like many things to prepare: practice editing paragraphs, editing journals, editing students work, vocab prep, coordinators assigned different tasks, JUSt SO much and I need to write these down, daily…so sth like this doesn’t help me but I just love the design..I wish you would just add a simple to do list that I can check off as I complete each task. I am not someone with many randevus..Im someone who needs to prepare many things but I need to jot them down and scratch them off when completed..hope you add an easy to do list..thanks for all you do!

I have been using this app for over a year now and I love it so much. It helps me plan my day a lot easier than any other way. One thing I do wish was that you could just write things down without worrying about putting a time down. Thats my only complaint tho and I love every other thing about structured! (Update I learned you actually can do that nvm!) I love the app even more now!

I am fortunate to be an OG lifetime membership user. I believe I got the pro plan early on for something like $20. I have since converted at least a dozen of my close friends and family. This is a perfect app that only continues to grow, improve, and impress. I could not function without it and I could not recommend it enough! The mobile version has reshaped how I can approach my days and my time management. There are so many wonderful features to help you balance your time and energy. It’s beautifully designed, the architecture is sound, the integration is already great and continues ro improve. Eventually, I’m excited for the desktop version to grow - navigating this version has been a bit finicky (however I just got a new laptop and I’m excited to see if those issues were device specific). But I’m ultimately grateful for how well it syncs between devices and allows for aesthetic customization. I have heard from friends who I recommended this to before that the price has gone up a bit - hopefully not too aggressively. But whatever the price, if its reasonable to you, this app is highly efficient and carries an undeniably positive impact on the lives of people who use it! Enjoy!
