Stardust Period Tracker

I had seen an ad for this app and thought that it was pretty neat, but once you actually get on it it’s no different than any other period app. Everything special or unique ab it is stuck behind a paywall which is just greedy. Might aswell get any other period app and just use google or tarot to see what stardust is trying to make u pay for.

Can’t signup at at least on my device. Only asks for sign up and create account with only Apple info. That’s extremely unfortunate.

I used a different period tracking app for 6 years and I wanted to switch over to Stardust. The interface is nice but I had an awful time transferring my data over. Even after spending an hour correcting the issues with the transferred data, the information is still incorrect once I finished setting up my profile. I get that it may take a few cycles for the app to sync up and predict my cycle better but the process to set up/transfer data over from other apps needs to be improved.

I originally downloaded this app so that my husband could do it with me. I have PMDD and we both thought it would be helpful for him to know what I’m feeling and how he can help. Most of the time the forecasts it gives him has less to do with that and more facts about periods in general or levels of hormones. If you’re going to make this app for partners who don’t experience a period, you should make the forecast more about what I could be going through, how that may effect our relationship and what can be done to help. Please work on that, because otherwise the app is helpful.

After well over a decade on another app, and a good few efforts into studying women’s health, I am moved to tears that we who bleed finally have something for just for us. It took me years to assemble a lot of this information for my own health in the past. Thanks to the women who built this. Thrilled to be in the universe with you.

Bro I’m chilling and I don’t got a random notification from this app talm bout “You’re (infested by demons of wrath and destruction) PMS-ing :)” the part in parentheses had a line through the sentence, idk what bs this app on but HN and I screenshotted it too !!!

This app is a major scam. I did a free trial for a yearly subscription and I cancelled it on the deadline but then still got charged for the yearly plan. What’s funny is I paid for it but I don’t have access to it now. My subscription ends next month so I literally paid for a yearly plan and I did not get what I paid for not to mention that I already literally cancelled my subscription so I shouldn’t be charged if I cancelled on the deadline.

It was nice don’t get me wrong I actually love the app. But I did the free trial n didn’t think it was worth so much money for me to use as just a period tracker app. So I made sure to cancel before I got charged. But they still charged me… twice. N now they make it literally impossible to unsubscribe. I don’t see it in my App Store subscriptions yet it’s trying to use my Apple Pay. I asked for help to get sent a list of instructions that still did not help. N for now I’m just stuck with this thing trying to charge my card every 3 days.

Only taking a star off because when I need the tracker the most, the opening screen just reloads again and again. Currently sitting here, wondering if these cramps are my cycle or not and the app won’t open. This happens often enough that it’s become more of an inconvenience to have the app than not. Aside from this glitch, love the app and all of the details.

It was one day late and the day it said mine was I prepared but it did not happen but the next day I had mine and I thought it was just another fake app so I did not prepare and I blend through my shorts

I loved the idea of this app so much that I paid for it - then I realized that it does NOT factor in hormonal birth control, even though you can choose hormonal bc methods to add to your profile. Being on hormonal bc completely changes your hormone levels, thus should change your monthly line graph and symptom predictions, which it does not. The fact that this app only works for naturally cycling or pregnant women was not clear before purchasing and is not mentioned anywhere in the app description. Customer service is firm on their no refund policy. I feel scammed.
