Tamara’s amazing and helped me get a great rate and space
Clean, Convenient, Close
I’m only giving this Storage company a 2 because I’m still using them but honestly these storage companies come into highly populated neighborhoods and bank on the fact that most of us consumers need the extra storage, they raise their rates however they want and that should be the illegal part! How is a 4x4 rental that cost $90 now going up to almost $200 in a matter of less than a year! This is highway Robbery and I’m over it! Not to mention i don’t even have access to my belongings 24/7 literally have to get there before 7pm during the week and 4pm on Sunday, so what about the people who work crazy hours, I’m just over this place!!!
The lady in the office is awesome. She explains everything down to the last details. You don’t even think about the storage facilities clean I can come here morning night feel safe. I will do it again and I will recommend them. I have recommended them.

I started it online and it was very easy interface to use no problems and I called to find out about insurance and the lady was very knowledgeable and kind and worked with me on that and I I’m really gonna enjoy my experience. I really do you recommend this place. If you need to have storage for your property
The app can be glitchy with biometrics it continues to ask to enable biometrics after multiple affirmative acknowledgements. Other than that no other issues.
These facilities are usually pretty nice and clean, however, this app is absolutely atrocious when it comes to opening doors utilizing it. You could be inches away from an entry point, or a sliding door and this thing does not recognize it. Gets really frustrating entering a nine number code every time you want to open the door.
This app is terrible. I’ve been using it now for months and maybe one out of 10 times Even if I’m standing right next to the keypad
App barely works and constantly logs me out to where I can’t access my unit. Sucks.
