Hot Pot Iceland is an Iceland travel guide with locations of hot pots, swimming pools and gas stations. This application was created to solve a problem of deficiency of internet connection on Iceland, with our app you can download an offline map and you are ready to go! We locate your location with GPS, so you know where you are and mainly what amazing places are nearby you. Always remember to be responsible and please follow the bathing rules to make your impact on nature as low as possible! FEATURES: - 60+ unique natural baths, HOT POTs and hot springs. - 140+ public swimming pools all around Iceland. - 150+ gas stations. - Each location with photo and GPS coordinates. - Copy GPS coordinates of any location. - Find any location by using map or searching through a list. - Locate your position via GPS. This app does NOT include navigation, by default we make use of iOS Maps, if you want to use navigation, be sure to download an offline map there too! Other option is to copy GPS coordinates of location and use them in any navigation app you want. We will highly appreciate if you assist to built better HOTPOT map by actual informations and photos you collect on your travels. Please send us email on info@hotpoticeland.com. User Reviews
I got this app on someone’s recommendation. The pins are not accurate and I wasted a half a day looking for spots in the north. When you’re on a short vacation the last thing you want to do is waste time. There are websites with the same information for free and more accurate. Apple Maps has much of the same information for free and with accurate locations.
