Great price Great product Great service
I’d like to sign up for the service, but it requires the app. It’s impossible to sign in to the app. I get the error, “Oops, something went wrong, we are working hard to fix it.”
Visible trial feedback: iPhone 12, Bay Area, CA. Great call reception : trumps my high priced AT&T phone calls in the whole Bay Area and even the Central Valley. Bad: Data reception is horrendous. Can’t even load apps when inside stores such as Petco or Costco …. When you need digital wallets for stores, forget about it. Data is SO bad. With one bar on AT&T and Visible with 2-3, the data is baddddd . You’d need to download maps prior to your trips and forget using apps that need immediate live data
Seems like there is an update every week and every time there’s an update there is always and I mean always some bs going on where the app straight up will not let you sign into your account for whatever reason. Someone in IT needs to lose their job
I loved these guys so great for the money plus a free hotspot.Now data drops signal drops I spend more time in there chat then on my phone.Was with droid switched to iPhone hoping it would improve it didn’t at all so I’m shopping for a new carrier sad to because it was amazing
It's good when it works but visible you need to do a big fix I can't use it at all most days please look into it please.
Face ID is now broken on the last app update!
I switched to Visible almost as soon as I saw the first advertisement! Since switching to Visible I have unlimited 5G everything and have never experienced any lag times of any kind. Before switching I was paying Verizon nearly $120 monthly for 1 phone for EXACTLY the same service! Never an issue with calls dropping or distortion. I have never hit any dead zones no matter where I have traveled. No problems with downloads on my computer when using my Hotspot. *I dropped my home Internet because I really didn’t need it with the availability of the unlimited Hotspot. I use my Hotspot to access anything that would otherwise require the Internet. I use my Hotspot to access my DISH and for all my computer needs. Visible operates off Verizon towers because Visible is a Verizon entity! The Unlimited Everything is Stellar and there are never any hidden costs - ever!
