Just horrible
Any 5 stars ratings must be paid promos because there is no way anyone could give this service 5 stars. Do not expect to be able and accomplish anything on your phone with this service during “peak hours”. Absolute worst.
Resold Verizon. They give me the impression they try to spend as little as possible on usability and error handling. Error messages are generic and provide the user with no way of resolving. Humans are hard to reach, escalations are even more challenging. While I don’t have any service problems, I can sign into the app <10% of the time I try. You save money at the cost of your own time trying to work around the lack of support.
No service. No costumer service. Total garbage. Go to straight talk or Verizon or T-Mobile. Anywhere but here. This is my last month
App won’t even open, even after providing login credentials. The only thing I see is a blue screen with “Visible” in the middle. Stays frozen like that.
It took hours of trying to get my number ported and the phone to work, but I finally have service, The phone works and the cellular data is excellent with Visible+. The app, though, is terrible. Logging in takes forever, getting repeated 'Oops something went wrong, we are working hard to fix it' error messages, or 'session timed out' even though I'm trying to log in.
Five stars for a student like me
App is glitched out.
I love Visible, I have never had any issues with any of my service speeds in any manner at all. I have never had to call the customer service line for issues and I have had visible for 5 years now. Payment is always easy and the rates never go up!
Not able to change payment method online.
I cannot login through app nor website. It was like this for weeks.
I am about done with visible every time I try to just pay my bill plan it will not let me and gos to see if you’re phone I have had a plan with you I know that my phone works on this provider make it easier or loses a costumer and I won’t look back and I best not lose my number because you guys f things up
