One yearly payment is a huge benefit to me and gives me the freedom to just live without the worry of another bill! It’s truly the best deal for the data and I’ll keep endorsing Mint Mobile, despite that guy who does the commercials. This is not a paid endorsement.

I’ve spent the last three days trying to get my account set up when I could’ve went to Verizon or US Cellular and had this handled in an hour. It’s really disappointing to be on an online chat with the sixth person re-explaining the whole situation over again to have them just leave the chat when they run out of options. I feel like there should be better ways of communicating than the chat system they have now, but I’m not a web developer or whatever. They were faster to offer a refund than a actual solution…
Unable to use cellular date and unable to text recently
Customer service with actual human after the Fox bot cannot fix eSIM issues is beyond frustrating. I went thru over 4 escalation agents and no solution. I’m now over 24 hours trying to get my phone working and no cell service. If you see !!!! Instead of bars get ready for a wild ride and losing service and all your preferences. I need this phone with my Mint number for BUSINESS….Im dead in the water and losing business.
The service has been great! The mint experience has been desirable with direct comparison to a Verizon wireless device and network. I have a Verizon mobile device for work and I carry both phones at all times. The service is extremely comparable. There have been several times where my mint network even had better service than my device with the Verizon network. The price is a huge plus. Can’t beat it.
Im trying to link my new phone to my service and i log in like usual, but them i get the fox saying lets make sure its you, and asks me to reply to a message ive been sent problem is (my old phone is broken) Below, if youre on the app it says “ need help?” WHY OH WHY DOESNT IT WORK!!! I clicked it and nothing. And when it did finally work, it opened up all the times i clicked help button! Fix this please.
I’m locked out of my account and Mint only offers an incompetent AI based customer service. Very very frustrating.
