User Reviews
Excellent
Appreciate this app so much it has helped me greatly. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.
This app has been more frustrating than helpful. The amount of time allowed for each exercise does not match the timing I was taught by my physical therapist. If the time is much longer than needed, there does not seem to be a simple way to move forward to the next exercise without permanently skipping the one I just completed. The editing feature is also confusing. It appears that you can edit a session after it is posted, but instead it records an entirely new session, which cannot be edited. This makes it look like I completed the program more times than I was actually prescribed. I do appreciate that the app shows how each exercise should be performed correctly. However, because the timing does not match the prescribed reps, it becomes difficult to keep track of where I am in the routine. It would be very helpful to have an option for a tone after each rep, or a visible rep counter that shows which rep I am on. The current tones near the end of the timer do not help me pace the exercise. It is possible that some of this is user error, but I have not been able to find answers through the AI feature or the articles provided in the app. At this point, I would rather track my exercises in Notes and email them directly to my physical therapist.
If I’m supposed to hold for a stretch for 30 seconds then the app timer should be counting 30 seconds… not 5!! completely non intuitive.
i’ve been doing physical therapy exercises in this app and it was really surprising to me that some of the exercises come with instructions and tips, some don’t at all. So start with instructions and tips and show a demo for the approximate time needed for the number of reps and sets expect you to do. Others show the exercise, no instructions, and immediately go to the next one. There is a lot of pausing required if you’re going to do all of the reps the program suggests. It doesn’t seem hard to get this right, especially considering that people are doing this while recovering from an injury and could easily reinjure themselves without instructions on how to do these exercises safely.
This app has been VERY helpful to keep me doing my rehab at home post-stroke! The reminders are what I need and the videos perfect for making sure I do the exercises correctly. I have noticed a big difference in developing my walking gait and my shoulder mobility and strength has significantly improved (tore my rotator cuff when I fell right after the stroke hit me). Thank you!!
Loving the exercise sessions the videos are very helpful to keep you occupied n track
Overall not a bad app. If just using for paper printouts for patients it provides great editing capability, I use the Spanish translation often, and clear pictures. Also enjoy the printing size options for older and younger patients. Patient feedback I received and looked into that is not great: when logged into the app and running a workout the videos do not adjust in length to the hold time entered by the clinician. The patient has to keep pausing the workout. Not very user friendly and quite inconvenient.
Disappointed that it’s not possible to affect the timing of the exercise routine so that it could keep track of reps, sets, and holds.
Great group of therapists. They are so knowledgeable and nice. Have helped me so much. Would definitely recommend and if I need future PT this is where I will go.
I like the exercise routines, but now that I know them well, sometimes I do them on my own, without listening to the app. When I do that, there is no way to record that inside the App. So it looks as if I haven’t done them.
If you swipe up this app to open another, you lose the workout session you’ve been working on.
