Complete fraud collectively a dollar adds up wonder how many people they ripped off

I’ve counted 4 routes so far that are missing. Perhaps they’ve changed route numbers, but that should already be in the system.

I downloaded this app under the impression that it was the official app for Long Island public transit, but it turned out to be a scam.

I wanted to view the schedules on my phone so I bought this app. It was NOT as it shows in the photos advertised. Every schedule I tried to view showed as an error. The review I read said as much, but it was from 2 years ago, so I thought they would have fixed it by now. But they didn’t. Do NOT waste your money.

It is impossible to create an account to login, the buttons are unreadable and some don’t work. How can this be a transit app?? I want a refund!

I paid a dollar for the app thinking it would automatically tell me the route I should take, but instead it just had two bus lines in the bus schedule section and whenever a click on the bus lines in the routes section it would send me to a page that had troubles loading and couldn’t get to the actual buses routes. The routes are in the website and the reason why I paid for this app is to make my transportation easier, but I end up wasting money and time because that app is even worse than the ones my younger siblings are developing for fun.

This app is a joke.

Not all busses listed (no S33) App did not list location in real time which is a shame considering how late the buses run so you don’t know if you missed it, it didn’t show up or it’s late. Not useful

Waste of money, not working

Thanks for charging me a dollar for an app that has been canceled and doesn’t work at all. Total rip-off
