Years of such a wonderful and intuitive app getting squashed by whoever (or whatever AI) is designing these updates. The new payout screen is garbage. Come on stripe, you can do better.

Quit your jobs

Horrible customer service!! They can and will place holds on your funds without warning or notice, often for 10-11 days, sometimes even longer. While they may initially say hold is 5-6 days, they often clarify weird counting of business days and not including weekends. If cash flow is important to your business, i would strongly recommend looking else where. Being unable to access your funds quickly can cause stress and slow down your day to day operations.

This company has caused me to lose almost $10k worth of jobs because they hold my payments for 2 weeks at a time. They refuse to help, their customer service is terrible and now I’m losing clients because of them. If you’re a new business, I would avoid this company, they will make it extremely difficult for you to manage your finances and build a reputation. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Terrible…

Not set up to support you

The latest update brings some confusing interfaces and data that is off by a day or so. The “balances” page shows a negative balance if you have more cash coming in that they are paying out to you. The number is useless, and it seems backwards. Additionally, the payout dates are a day off. The payout date says the 1st, which means you will receive it on the 2nd. The date used to reflect the estimated receipt date, which is obviously more useful and intuitive. Overall, the latest update makes the app more confusing and frankly less useful.

Refuses to allow me to even connect my bank automatically and manually and has kept me from moving forwards at all. Using artistree and refuses to move me forwards there in Stripe and crashes everytime I try and progress with them.

Payouts take longer than 2 business days. The payout dates on the Balance dash board, are not correct. Sometimes payments show paid out, and funds won’t be paid out for an additional 2 business days.
