ADP Mobile Solutions provides you with an easy and convenient way to access payroll, time & attendance, benefits, and other vital HR information for you and your team. - All the features listed below may not be available to you. If you have question, review the FAQs in the Settings menu in the app. - This app is available to the employees and managers of companies that use the following ADP products: Workforce Now, Vantage, Portal Self Service, Run, TotalSource, ALINE Card by ADP, Spending Account / iPay Statements, and select products outside the US (ask your employer). Key Employee Features: • View pay & W2 statements • View & request time off • Track time & attendance o Punch in/out o Create timesheets o Update, edit, & approve time cards • View pay card accounts • View benefit plan information • Contact colleagues • Offers for ADP and third-party products and services Key Manager Features: • Approve time cards • Approve time off • View team calendars • View executive dashboards Security: • All application requests and transactions are routed through ADP's secure servers • All network traffic between the mobile device and the server is encrypted • All employee information cached on the mobile device is encrypted • Username and password protected • Login sessions time out from inactivity • Accounts locked out with excessive login failures • Fast and easy login with Touch ID or Face ID • Recover or reset forgotten user IDs and passwords Investment options are available through the applicable entities for each retirement product. Investment options in the “ADP Direct Products” are available through ADP Broker-Dealer, Inc. (“ADP BD”), Member FINRA, an affiliate of ADP, INC, One ADP Blvd, Roseland, NJ 07068 (“ADP”) or (in the case of certain investments), ADP directly. I’m not a big fan of the app. There are quite a few glitches and the screen will freeze of the app will close itself while I’m using it. A big issue that happens to me almost every day is that I cannot scroll down on my time card.
I’ve had to fill out more time edit sheets than ever before from using this app because it will randomly decide to say app unavailable when I’m clicking in and out for work. They also list features that have never once loaded for me so I don’t know what they would even look like. Logging in also takes forever and then I’m losing work hours I should be getting paid for because I’m not clocked in. I know it’s not just me because all my coworkers have the same problems.
I only use this app for clocking in and out, thats it. But somehow this app won’t even allow me to do that all the time. It’s been times where I literally cant open the app because it crashes immediately. Or i try to sign in and it says “the app isn’t available right now” for no reason. This happens frequently, so much to the point where I miss hours because of these glitches. This is the biggest app for employees so why is it so low quality. Why do i experience glitches every day. Do better.
Overall app is not bad, very convenient except for the quick clock feature. It’s incredibly glitchy and will never actually let me clock in
It seems like every other day the app is unavailable. Useless.
I turned off notifications and I keep getting them.
Can’t mark notifications as read
Unable to reach server. Been this way since 26.17.0 HR says everything looks good. ADP keeps claiming it’s not their fault. But this happened AS SOON AS I installed 26.17.0 ADP tells HR the only thing they can think of is reinstalling the app. DOESN’T WORK!!
Never loads anything you need to look at! All of the employees where I work are trying to tell the company to go to another company because ADP doesn’t work
The app is somewhat convenient, it could be smoother. Aside from the constant glitches, it asks me to verify my phone number EVERY SINGLE TIME I log in. It wasn’t always like this, until a few weeks ago it started asking to text a code to my phone number every single time I log in. The app isn’t too bad, just the constant glitches and inconsistencies are annoying and inconvenient.
